I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you and all those at Park Models, Inc. for the exceptionally wonderful experience you made possible for me during the construction of my modified Anchorage Model. The property where I'd planned to put the cabin is located in a very remote area of Southern Colorado, which does not have electricity, gas, municipal water, sewer or phone service. Because of these conditions, I needed several modifications made to the cabin. Park Models, Inc. was able to accommodate all my requests. Considering all the changes and special modifications I requested, I don't see how things could have gone any better. This exceptional service continued during the transportation of my cabin from your facility in Georgia to my property in Southern Colorado. Your driver kept me updated as he drove across the country. Like everyone associated with Park Models, Inc., he was a real pleasure to deal with. Per my request, he came through Albuquerque, NM (the city where I reside) and spent the night here. This allowed my family, friends and myself to inspect and look over the cabin. The next morning he followed me the last 200 miles to my property in Colorado and with precision placed the cabin in exactly the spot I wanted.

As with construction of any structure, there were a few items that were less than perfect. This however was not a problem as Park Models, Inc. corrected each item in a most timely manner. Again, thank you for a job well done.      We ordered three 35' KOA approved kamping lodges from Park Models in May and they were delivered to us in record time.  We leveled and hooked up the utilities and within 24 hours we had our first lodge rented to the first person who looked at it.  By the end of the first week, all three were rented, and we put in an order for a forth lodge.  They worked with us to get the forth lodge to us within days.  As for service after the sale, they once again came through.  He worked through a few minor issues promptly and without reservation.  Park Models wanted everything to be right.  Carlsbad KOA will continue to have Park Models as our source for these lodges.  Thanks to the great people at Park Models who surely make camping great at our KOA.
